Everything has been great-
I used to live in Iowa and I missed the meat-
Thank you for going out of your way to send to Texas-
I will be buying again and again!

Great beef !
I was a farmer in eastern Iowa in the 1970’s and raised angus cattle with the same feed ration you use and it makes for the best tasting cuts of beef. Here in California the beef has no flavor. Your produce is great. Thanks

I made this chuck roast in a crock pot....Mississippi Style (one package dry ranch, one package dry au lus, 1/2 stick butter and 2 large Anaheim peppers) cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours....it is the best roast out there!! I used the leftovers for beef barley soup the next day and absolutely delicious!!
