Our Dry-aged Chuck Roasts are perfect to throw into the crock pot in the morning to ensure a delicious pot roast will be ready to serve for supper that night! Any leftovers are perfect for beef and noodles or slice thin for perfect steak sandwiches to serve the next day.
I was a farmer in eastern Iowa in the 1970’s and raised angus cattle with the same feed ration you use and it makes for the best tasting cuts of beef. Here in California the beef has no flavor. Your produce is great. Thanks
I made this chuck roast in a crock pot....Mississippi Style (one package dry ranch, one package dry au lus, 1/2 stick butter and 2 large Anaheim peppers) cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours....it is the best roast out there!! I used the leftovers for beef barley soup the next day and absolutely delicious!!
Most excellent, very tender.
