If you have leftover chuck roast from the night before, this recipe is for you! Super easy and delicious!

Ingredients Needed:

Chuck Roast w/ Drippings

Wide Eyed Egg Noodles

1 Cup of Water

1 Tablespoon of Corn Starch

Cut your leftover roast into small chunks and add it to a pan along with the broth/drippings from it. Bring to a boil. Likewise, in another pot, add your water and bring to a boil before adding your noodles. Once your beef mixture is brought to a boil, grab one cup of water and dissolve your cornstarch in it before adding it to your beef mixture - this will make it thicker and more gravy-like. Once it is thick, reduce the heat until your noodles are done or pull of the stove. Drain your noodles once they are cooked through, rinse with cold water, and assemble.

This recipe only takes about 15 to 20 minutes and can easily be scaled to the size of your family!
