Beef Stew

This recipe is super easy!

Ingredients Needed:

2 lbs of Stew Meat

1 cup of Chopped Carrots

2 Large Potatoes

1 tsp of Salt

1 tsp of Pepper

1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

1/2 can of Water

1 Bay Leaf

Combine soup with 1/2 cup of water. Layer in crockpot twice: stew meat, potatoes, carrots, and soup mix. Add a bay leaf on top and cook on high for about 4-5 hours or until meat and veggies are tender. If your stew is too runny after cooking, add a few tablespoons of corn starch to thicken.
