Breakfast Sandwiches

Ingredients Needed:

Egg Mixture:

18 eggs

1/3 C milk

Salt, Pepper, & whatever your desired seasonings are to taste.

*Optional: Chopped veggies, etc.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend mixture in a blender. Spray 11X17 pan and lime with parchment paper. Spray again. Pour egg mix in pan. Top with cheese. Bake for 15-18 minutes.

2 1/2 packs English Muffins

1 pack BFF Breakfast Sausage Pattie’s

16 slices of cheese

1/2 tsp butter

Cut English muffins and spread butter on each. Broil sausage patties in oven for 2-3 minutes, and muffins for 1/2 until toasted. Then assemble sandwiches. Wrap in parchment paper. Store in fridge for 4-5 days or frozen for 3 months. When ready to reheat, toss in microwave with paper for 1 minute if chilled, or 2-3 minutes if frozen.
