Crock Pot Cube Steak and Gravy

  • 1.5 lbs cube steak

  • 1 brown gravy packet

  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup of beef broth

  • 12 oz egg noodles

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 tbsps cornstarch

Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Baldridge seasoning (or your preferred steak seasoning). Place the beef, gravy packet, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth in your crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the beef is tender. Mix the water and cornstarch together in a small bowl. Stir the mixture into the crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour to help thicken your gravy. While the sauce is thickening, boil your egg noodles until done. Serve the steak and gravy over the egg noodles and enjoy!
