Garlic Steak Bites

1 lb of stew meat

Black Pepper

Lemon Pepper

Pink Himalayan Salt

Garlic

Season your stew meat with the seasonings above or to your preferred liking. Preheat a lightly oiled cast iron skillet and add your steak. Spread out throughout the pan and cook on one side for 2 minutes. Add a stick of butter and some garlic (preferably freshly minced, but I used dried) to the pan and turn your steak over. Cook for another minute and a half or until your desired doneness. However, they will get more chewy if you prefer more medium-well to well-done. Serve and enjoy!
