Mac and Beef
This is my go-to easy and delicious meal!
1 lb of ground beef
12 oz pasta of choice
Velveeta cheese (1/4 block or desired amount for optimal cheesiness)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley flakes
Add your thawed ground beef to a skillet and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a pot, bring water to a boil and then add your noodles. With Beringer Family Farms ground beef, you do not need to drain off the grease but if you are using something else that cooks off more grease, drain and add back to pot. Once your pasta is cooked, drain and add to beef on low-medium heat. Add your Velveeta in chunks until desired cheesiness. Sprinkle your parsley on top and serve.
