Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders
These sliders are SO good. Give it a try.
This is a serving size for 12 but it is easy to increase based on the size of your family.
Ingredients needed:
12 oz shredded chicken (I used about 5 chicken thighs)
6 slices of BFF bacon, cooked
1 yellow onion
1 /2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of ranch
2 tbsp of butter
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of parsley
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cook your bacon until crispy and cook your chicken until it reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees. Once cooked, remove from heat and chop/shred both the bacon and chicken. Add to a bowl. In either skillet, sauté your onion until caramelized. Add the onion to the same bowl with the bacon and chicken. Add in your ranch and cheese. Mix.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and cut rolls in half. Place the bottom half of the rolls onto the baking sheet . Next, add your mixture. Place the top of the buns over the burgers. Melt 2 tbsp of butter with 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of parsley, and 1/2 of pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown. Enjoy!
Tips: If the tops are browning too quickly before the filling is melted, add tin foil to the sides or cover the top.
