Ground Beef Philly Cheesesteaks

These were SO easy to make and delicious. Try it for an easy dinner!

1 green pepper, sliced

1 onion, sliced

1 lb ground beef, browned

2 oz cream cheese

1 packet of au jus gravy

provolone cheese

hoagie buns

In a large skillet, cook your onion and pepper until almost sauteed. Then, add your ground beef and season to your liking - I used pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Once your beef is cooked, add in your cream cheese and au jus packet. Mix and let it melt together. In the meantime, lay out your buns on a baking sheet, butter the insides, and then add your mixture. Place your provolone cheese on top and place in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. For extra flavor, add some melted butter with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley on top of the bread. Enjoy!
